Oribe Risa (織 部 里 沙; Hepburn: Oribe Risa?), Artistly named LiSA, a J-Rock (Japanese Rocker), songwriter and lyricist from Seki, contracted to Sacra Music under Sony Music Artists.
After wanting to be a musician in his early life, he began his musical career as a singer with an indie band called Chucky. After Chucky disbanded in 2005, LiSA moved to Tokyo to pursue a solo career and had a big debut in 2010 singing songs by Angel Beats! as one of two singers in a virtual band called Girls Dead Monster. [3] She made her debut as a solo artist in April 2011 with the release of her mini-album Letters to U. [4] [5] She performed at Animelo Summer Live in August 2010, Anime Expo in 2012, and is a regular guest at Anime Festival Asia.
LiSA's songs have been featured in various animes, such as Fate / Zero, Sword Art Online, and Demon Slayer: Kimecu no jaiba. [6] [7] Her singles were regularly in the top ten of the Oricon weekly charts, Crossing Field was platinum-rated by the Japanese RIAJ, and Oath Sign was gold-rated. [8] In 2014 and 2015, she performed at Nippon Budokan. She made her debut as a seoist in 2015 in the Japanese dub of the animated film Minyon. [9]
