"Cool Me Down" is a song recorded by Polish singer Margaret for the reissue of her debut studio album, Add the Blonde (2014), released in 2016. The song was written by Robert Uhlmann, Arash, Alex Papaconstantinou, Anderz Wrethov, Viktor Svensson, Linnea Deb, and produced by Alex Papaconstantinou and Viktor Svensson, with co-production from Arash, Robert Uhlmann and Anderz Wrethov. "Cool Me Down" was made available for digital consumption on 19 February 2016 in Poland. The following month, it was released in Russia, and April saw its worldwide release via Warner Music Group. "Cool Me Down" incorporates pop music with a combination of reggae and electropop. The single reached number four in Poland, and was certified double platinum by the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (ZPAV). It also charted in Romania where it reached number twenty-two, and Sweden where it peaked at number thirty-six and received a gold certification from the Swedish Recording Industry Association (GLF). The song was ranked fortieth on Popjustice' "Top 45 Singles of 2016" list, and was the forty-first most popular song on Polish radio stations in 2016 as well as the sixth most streamed track on Tidal in Poland in 2016. The song placed second in Poland's national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, despite being bookmakers' and Eurovision fans' favourite to win both the national final and the Eurovision Song Contest. It later won the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2016 with 277 points. Margaret performed "Cool Me Down" on Sommarkrysset, Lotta på Liseberg and Dancing with the Stars. Taniec z gwiazdami, among others.
