Help. I'm trying to remember a pop-ish song (one hit wonder) from the EARLY 90s (90-93) by a women with slick black hair with a single, perfect curl on her forehead. There is a line in the song, something like "When my baby goes away" or something very close to that. MAYBE it has something to do with the rain.
